adidas SPZL looks to the archival Las Palma shoe - an all-white court shoe built on Hawaii tooling - for inspiration on its '70s-focused A. Aspden SPZL design. Constructed from white leather, perforated 3-Stripes were added as a clear point of difference from the Lancombe SPZL, while the heel is overlaid with dual patches for added texture. An interesting alteration has been made on the tongue with a nylon insert that separates the leather material, along with the addition of Aspden's late father's signature that joins adidas Trefoil branding on the sidewall for a special finishing touch. | JQ3074
